Engineering a Better System: A Materials Science Perspective on US Health Care After COVID-19

This post is an article written by two students. One a medical student and the other, a recent Engineering graduate on improving Health Care from a materials science perspective.

Scott Anderson is a medical student at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Arizona and a master’s student in the Science of Health Care Delivery at Arizona State University. He graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.

McKay Christensen graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. He has contributed to research in materials science, augmented reality, microfluidics, additive manufacturing and controls theory.
